I simply wanted ONE prescription transferred & I was on the phone 45 minutes, I asked for a manager, bc Shawn in pharmacy services he told me I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor, when I asked his name, he then said that the supervisor would not take my call!! Worst customer service ever

Not sure why other people are giving them such low ratings. I had great customer service with my specialty medication. Their pharmacy is also great and gave me excellent information.
