“I've been contacting Abbott Laboratories regarding my mother's FreeStyle Libre 3 glucose monitor reimbursement check, because the app for the device did not work in my home country. For three months, I had to deal with frustrating circumstances where my calls were just being sent through a number of agents in a loop without any timely calls to Natomas Pharmacy for the approval and release of my refund. With the exceptional assistance of lead pharmacist Sukh Jhutty, the stressful follow-up has now ended, and the staff at Natomas Pharmacy has continuously gone above and above to help me get the reimbursement. My request for a refund was finally resolved because Mr. Jhutty himself called and spoke with a representative of the company to confirm the transaction. One feature I really love is Scan & Go. You can scan your items as you shop and pay directly from your phone, which makes checkout so much easier. They also have Wi-Fi available in the store, so using the app is convenient even if your phone signal isn’t great.
Overall, Sam’s Club is convenient, affordable, and especially useful for families. I’ve been shopping here for years and will definitely continue. 😊”

No complaints about the prescription filling process. You can sign up to receive texts of your order being filled and ready for pickup, as well as multiple reminder texts to pick up.
A lovely human will give you a call if you are forgetful, like I am.
The staff will also promptly call me if there is an issue with filling the order, or if there is a price change due to my insurance.
The one time my insurance would not cover a medication, they quickly handled it with my doctor's office and had the prescription ready.”
