PacSun is a clothing store that offers a selection of items like shirts and pants. Customer service experiences at this location can vary significantly between visits and employees. One customer reported a visit with horrible customer service from an employee with a sunflower tattoo. That employee seemed extremely inconvenienced, had a horrible attitude, and gave the customer the nastiest look during a difficult return process. Despite the customer having a confirmation email with the order number, a phone number, and an email address, the employee stated the return could not be processed without logging into the app, creating a very negative interaction. However, on a separate visit, another employee provided help with no issues whatsoever. This employee was able to process a return for an item without a receipt by looking up the order through a phone number, demonstrating helpful and efficient service. This positive experience was a notable contrast to the previous one. The store itself has a nice selection, with customers noting interest in specific shirts and planning return visits. The inconsistency in service quality is a defining characteristic, with experiences ranging from very poor to very helpful.
They only let certain people use the fitting rooms very rude and bad customer service for no reason I would recommend not stopping in at all.

I just called the store to ask about my online order and the woman I spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful. Not only was she unprofessional and classless, she also canceled my order!! Shame on this store for not hiring more competent people!

Average Pac Sun on. Nothing special. Small selection of shoes. What I liked, the staff were not pesky.
