I make an appointment every 6 weeks and never have an issue getting my labs. Everyone is kind and efficient.

I liked how when my son was askin questions the man would answer them and not seem annoyed but more so to give knowledge to an inquiring mind. Took a star away cuz the set up sucks. Nobody at reception window to answer any questions when you walk in.
