Ramada by Wyndham Sacramento offers a mix of experiences for guests. The hotel features nice and spacious rooms, with pleasant beds and balconies. The property is generally clean, including the pool, but it is an aging hotel located in a rough area with visible homelessness around. While the front desk staff is described as friendly and professional, some guests have noted that service can be lacking, with issues like uncleaned rooms and a need to request basic supplies like toilet paper. There are mixed feelings about the breakfast, which includes options such as bagels, waffles, and juices, but some guests wish for more protein choices. The hotel has a unique charm, though it shows its age, and the atmosphere can feel a bit unconventional. Nearby amenities include a CVS and various eateries, with transportation options available. Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Sacramento presents a decent stay for those seeking budget accommodation, but guests should be prepared for its surroundings and the need for some patience with service.
Room smelled like cigarettes, air really didn’t work. There was cracks in ceiling & tub was all messed up. Staff was rude when I checked in

The front desk assistant is a Zie as well as the rest of staff that I ran into are so helpful. They have no problem trying to assist you in anyway possible! Very good people here very clean and the breakfast is good as well. Definitely will be returning here when I’m in Sacramento.

Weird vibe checking in. The person in front of us complained strangers were smoking drugs in their assigned room. The continental breakfast was so sparse, we decided to skip it.
