They take wonderful care of the animals here; the volunteers and employees are hit or miss though. I've been to the SPCA about 8 times now, to adopt new family members and to get my animals vaccinated, and 4 out of those 8 times I'd either been spoken to rather rudely by a volunteer/worker or waited almost an hour for assistance. Once, someone from the front desk made a vaccination appt for a dog I had just adopted, and when I showed up to the appt. date several weeks later, there was no actual appt.

I love some of the people there. Shelters can be very hard and devastating. There is some suspicion of putting down animals un lawfully in many SPCAs but who knows. I know my volunteering experience has been wonderful and I know there's people in there that care. I loved working with critters and cleaning. The critter side of things were really thought out. Sometimes there was a volunteer not on bored with certain things and forget stuff. But overall maintaining the place was great.

All of the "Karens" up front love to ignore you. But, all of the people taking care of the animals were all golden! Spotless kennels, happy animals, everything in the back was great. Your Karen's like hearing each other's voices.

The entrance is very clean and welcoming staff was very decent. The area where the dogs were a little bit dirty and it had a little bit of smell. But over its a great place, oh and by the way sometimes they have special rates for adopting animals.

I love this place. I took all my cats to get spayed and they really care for your animals and even on the days they're understaffed they still have a positive attitude

Wellness clinic is awesome..staff is friendly and explains everything so you can make the right decisions..But the animal services side are rude and uncaring about you or your animal. If you must put an animal down please go somewhere else.

Took our cat here to get fixed. The process to get an appointment was months long. Trying to find the office to take him was a journey (it's all the way around back, I must have missed that part). The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Got a military discount on all of the services I received.
