From the customer service attendant, Caralee in Phoenix, to the site members at the office on Ramco Street in Sacramento, it was top notch service from beginning to end. Because I had my 3 year old grandson with me, Caralee was able to rearrange my “all day fit in at the last minute” appointment into an expedited 1 hour appointment. Then, while waiting for my daughter in law’s vehicle to be fixed, the staff was very kind and very tolerant of an active little boy. Also, the waiting room was very clean, spacious and provided TV and snacks. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation very tolerable.

The customer service was incredible. It was almost like all of the staff went through the same training that chik-fil-a staff go through. Everybody seemed happy and smiling. It really was just like the tv commercials. The tech that did my window(I believe his name was deandre) was awesome. He assured me he would do a great job and he absolutely did. He told me I could watch him install it to reassure me that the windshield would be taken care of. This is the second time I have had to replace the windshield(all of the construction on I80 and 50 is ridiculous with rocks and debris). The 1st time it was replaced by the safelite in fairfield CA and appantly it wasn't done correctly. I had no clue. Deandre showed me a spot on the bottom of the windshield that was popped out/missing a seal. He fixed it! It was an awesome experience. Place is extremely clean inside and out and has free wifi while you wait. It was estimated to take 3 to 3.5 hours to complete..but it was done and I was on the road in 2 hours!

Scheduling an inhome windshield replacement service was a breeze. I was informed at every step in the process. The technician, Terry, was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended but I hope I won't need to call them in the future :)

Johnathan put my OEM windshield is so offset nothing lines up. Supervisor admitted the mistake and said we need to start a warranty replacement. They cancel my appointment, and now they don't even return my phone calls. They sent me an email to PLEASE take the time and take out survey. So I did. Boy, in less than 10 minutes the called to try and rectify the bad review. They are more concerned fixing and my review, than the issue itself. Never again will I use this place. Pathetic customer service, and lack of professionalism. Issuse still has not been fixed. I call every day. I'm told I will find out what's going on, and I will call you back. No on has called me back. This happens every day, with same results.

There is nothing nearby so bring headphones and go early. The wait went up from 90 minutes to 3 hours while I was there. The glue smells awful but I am super sensitive.

We took our vehicle to Safelite for the first time and after waiting 4 hours we were informed that the glass they installed was defective and our safety system could not be recalibrated. They also scratched the paint above the window and window seal looks warped and was poorly installed. They told us to drive the car for a week or longer and they would have to replace glass. The manager Rickey Jones was very rude and aggressive and when I told him the car was unsafe to drive with defective windshield and no safety system he laughed. He told me it was safe to drive and I asked him if Safelite could be liable if I get into an accident and he said he didn't care Very unprofessional and very unsafe companyUpdate: After our horrible experience with Safelite we called our insurance company and cancelled future appointment with them and went to a small local shop approved by insurance. Novus glass was able to install a quality windshield, repair the seal damaged by Safelite and calibrate the camera in a few hours. They were shocked at how incompetent Safelite was for such a basic repair.

Wow, just Wow!! Words cannot express how phenomenal the people at Safelite AutoGlass in West Sacramento are; and their customer service is World Class! The whole vibe when you enter the facility is cheerful, professional, and welcoming. The technicians are extremely skilled (especially Mario) and management is beyond stellar! The Service Team at Safelite not only repaired my glass, they also went above and beyond and fixed a concern that could have been a safety issue NOT caused by them. If you value true service from a company that actually really cares about their customers, choose Safelite. When ever my car glass needs to be prepared, I will always choose this company. Thank you!!!

A routine cracked windshield. Safelight broke window molding. They lay it back on like nothing happened, saying I needed to return to have the broken part fixed. The improperly reinstalled broken molding flys off the car towards approaching highway traffic. Upon return to Safelight, I am advised that they broke an u available part. Months go by, during which they were difficult to contact an no part. Seasons change. No parts. I become frustrated and immediately locate the parts. I call my insurance company. They ratify my frustrations and call Safelight. Safelight almost immediately locate the parts and install them. Now Safelight wants an insurance deductible for the damage they did and miserable service they provided. Avoid them like a social disease. The horror.

I had my windshield replaced by the Safelite Auto Glass in West Sacramento CA at 3065 Ramco Street on July 25th. Total butcher job. The "Quality Service" technician, Brian, broke both of my windshield wipers, didn't replace one of my press fittings, completely destroyed one of the hard rubber end pieces to my exterior vent panel and lost the other one.The ONLY thing he admitted to doing was breaking ONE windshield wiper, the rest he HID, acted totally casual, no mention at all! A day later I realized he EPOXIED the other wiper on to the vehicle, he only admitted to breaking one wiper because he couldn't get the other to stick! This is dangerous, windshield wipers are safety equipment and the idea of this happening to another person who doesn't regularly inspect their vehicle is horrifying as it can lead to serious injury or death in the event it falls off under bad weather conditions.To Brian, the "Quality Service" Technician's credit, he did give me the contact number to his Supervisor, Jose. Initially he informed me they would replace the one damaged windshield wiper for free. the following day when I noticed the above aforementioned epoxy and missing pieces I've no longer been able to get into contact with him.After reading many other reviews I have abandoned any hope of Safelite properly resolving this issue. Breaking things, hiding things, and ignoring customers seems to be standard procedure for this business. I have since ordered my own replacement wipers and removed the epoxied broken one.DO NOT USE SAFELITE!

I got the windshield replaced on my two thousand two Honda Accord, The rubber around the windshield was never properly installed on the sides and after driving started pulling out. And I can't seem to reach them to talk to them about it.
