I have been working with Aaron Villavicencio, and he has been the best experience I have had with the Union, and he has restored my faith in the SEIU 1000's ability to assist state workers with their troubles.

Terrible union! They exist to serve themselves and not those they represent. Create a separate bargaining unit for IT classifications!

SEIU 1000 goes through the motions occasionally. The contract benefits are basically unenforceable and all efforts have been made to support California political ideology as opposed to providing solid contracts and raises.
