“I’m leaving this review because something incredible happened today. About a week ago I lost an important tag that I needed for one of my uniform uniforms. I thought it was gone forever. Which led me to believe that I would have to go to the grueling process of ordering a new tag which would’ve took about three months Today I received a call from Jordyn at public storage. She informed me that she found my tag and would hold it for safe. Keep until I was able to pick it up. Upon the receipt of my tag, she was delightful in conversation always smiled. And provided quality customer service. I whole public storage knows or can agree that Jordyn is a great asset to the company. kudos and thanks again Jordyn! You’re a lifesaver!”

“Since I just got my keys, this review will be about my experience up to today. First earlier this week, I chatted with a rep online about my needs and closest location. She recommended a spot and reserved it for me. This part was great and efficient while multitasking. Soon after, same day, the manager from that location, Eric, called me and help me set up an account. Easy peasy. Then today, I went to the location where the assistant manager (I'm so sorry I'm blanking on his name) showed me how to enter my code to open the gate, and the location of my storage unit.
Overall I am impressed by how efficient this process is. It's been years since I've rented a storage unit. Everyone was so professional and I am appreciative of their help. So far so good!”

“Moved units to this location because of service, cleanliness, and customer care. I purchased for personal and company use. I have now been a member for 6+ months. I’ve even kept in touch with Tasha prior while I still had my other unit — she made it easy to transfer, asked questions that would help me move, and handled the transition for me in the best way possible.
Tasha and Napoula are amazing, they return your calls, follow up, find the best deal, their attitude is always positive and on the helpful side, they are flexible in your requests, and make sure we are served in the best possible way.
Carts are almost always available and it’s one of the cleaner facilities I have rented a storage unit from.

“We worked with PODS for our CHiPs for Kids toy drive event at the California Highway Patrol Valley Division office, and our driver, Darron, was outstanding from start to finish. He stayed in constant communication with us, giving clear ETAs for each container and making sure we always knew what to expect. “I can’t remember the younger males who helped me but he was literally was an angel. I made the rsvp for my unit 1 hour before the storage opened and he opened up to me and my aunt before he turned his computer system on and let us in and literally got the process jumped started and we were able to load my 1st load of items in my storage. It was so quick and easy, and he was polite and kind to us. The door was a little stuck but we are strong built LOL. He apologized when he came around doing inspections and we didn’t even need an apology that’s how grateful we were for the workers here!! I rented a storage almost a month ago for a very cheap rate, got two for one price which I really liked that option. (Even though the employee was recommending others to accommodate the price for me he seemed more uncomfortable with the option given to me then me and my aunt was LMAO we instantly liked what we got it shows the workers care about their customers and rather accommodate to their liking) I plan to stick with this storage for a while vs the other storage had just stolen my money and I didn’t get to move in. I highly recommend this place it’s also very well kept and cleaned and they instantly start their routine checks for every unit to ensure it’s all intact. Thank you guys!”
