“I used this company from California to Georgia. I did two pods first and sent them to Georgia six months in advance and they sat in storage. Then we did four more to georgia that the total of six the pick up and delivery and the pick up and delivery drivers were all wonderful friendly and they knew what to do When we called. They explained to us what we needed to do was just pack the queue and then call when we're ready for pick up when I tell you this was the best process ever now. Had we known that we could've gotten a half with a trailer container for cheaper going back home to California? That's exactly what I'll be doing because I spent about 25 to 2900 a pod and I had six so if I do half the container it's cheaper but hearing all the bad stories about moving companies how they hold your furniture and personal items hostage when you've already paid them. I didn't want to experience that so I did my research and I found you pack and I love them”

“Stage Two: took me three days to drive to Texas and both I and the movers (Willie’s guys) arrived at the storage place within minutes of each other.
I can’t say enough about how happy I am with these movers. Willie is very personable and you can tell that he spent a lot of time recruiting the right people for the job. I took them about 5 1/2 hours to unload everything but it was packed with care and precision.

I will tell you that if you’re a family that’s getting ready to move. I would stop your search now and immediately give them a call.. Again, I had a horrible experience last year, but this year was absolutely amazing. They have my highest recommendation.

Stage One: The pickup
I have to qualify this so you understand why. Last year, almost exactly a year ago, we thought we were moving, hired a moving company, and it blew up. Believe it or not, they actually went to Home Depot and got additional workers! And this was a servicer for a National Company (DM me for information on what not to do and who not to use). They trashed our stuff, and their packing was atrocious. And this is after they bumped the price by 50%.

So obviously, I wasn't going to use them when we moved for real this year. I got 3 bids (all bids where they come to my home -- do not do virtual bids) from Allied, United, and Mayflower.

United never called me back. They were going to be my movers due to pricing, but no matter how hard I tried (multiple phone calls, texts, emails) no one responded.

So, I requested an additional bid from Mayflower. The bidder did an okay job, but the movers -- they were ALL STARS!

From arriving on time, to organization, to how they protected our belongings was top-notch.
Very friendly, always concerned for my well-being and always making sure they had the right things taken, I cannot compliment Willie and his crew enough.

Please call these guys if you are moving -- they take so much pressure off of the moving experience.

Willie will be driving to our new home across the U.S., but the crew here will stay here, so we will update the review as they take everything off the truck and into storage.

I emailed my wife and told her that these guys were 180 degrees from the guys last year, and she was very happy to hear that.

“I own a tow company so I am always worried about my drivers providing emergency roadside assistance on the freeway. While on a personal trip S/B 99 on 6/25/2021 at approximately 19:25 hours, I watched a Capital Express Lines’ truck observe the Slow Down or Move Over law for a passenger vehicle broke down on the side of the highway. This was one truck in a line of seven other truck/trailers. If I could have given that driver a hug, I would have because if other truckers were as observant and courteous as this one, my drivers and other members of the general public would be a lot safer in otherwise very unsafe circumstances. I now have great respect for your company simply because of this driver’s obvious respect for the Slow Down or Move Over law.”
