I don't get it. I have been in here several times. I literally have to stop in every time I walk by, and it's always been a great experience. This place has been here for what, twenty years? You can't please everyone I guess, however, staying in business for 20 years says they're doing something right. :)

I enjoyed my experience in the store. The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry. I have purchased several pieces and I wear them regularly. I get many compliments on the jewelry….the manager Mary was extremely helpful in assisting me to select the right pieces of jewelry.
