Discount Stores
Sweet Discounts General Merchandise is a local store that offers a variety of household items, clothes, and other merchandise. Customers appreciate the store for its constantly changing selection of products and the chances to find good deals. Many reviews highlight the helpful and respectful staff, making shopping a positive experience. The store often has items with blue stickers, offering discounts, with some items at half price. Customers have bought items like black-out curtains, extension rods, and LED fixtures at affordable prices, and some say they find "terrific" merchandise each visit. However, opinions about prices are mixed. While some items are considered a good deal, others are seen as overpriced, especially compared to big retailers like Walmart. For example, one customer mentioned a hand truck with a high price tag that could be bought cheaper elsewhere. Despite this, many shoppers continue to support the store, especially when they find items they need at a good price or during sales. The store is seen as a cool place to find certain items and support local businesses, though some feel the prices may need to improve for the store to stay competitive. Overall, Sweet Discounts General Merchandise is a place for bargain hunters and those looking for household essentials, with friendly staff and a wide range of products, but shoppers suggest prices should be more competitive to ensure long-term success.
