Training for Warriors has been a lifesaver for me personally. I have tried many fad diets, big box gyms - all falling by the wayside after a certain time-frame. To me Training for Warriors is home! It is where I am, and it is where I want to be! Through a proper diet, nutrition and guided workouts you can be successful. That is what we receive here each and every time. I love the group workouts - and even those have been tailored to my needs when necessary. I have conditions that need to be monitored, and I am thankful that Kennedy pays attention to each person. The difference here is not a wave hello to a familiar face, it is home. You cannot beat the comrade and the atmosphere. When you feel good - you do good!

Love this gym! Coach is awesome- always aware of your progress and gives you the right push when needed. Classes are challenging but doable. Great family atmosphere - lots of encouragement from gym members as well.

I have been seeing Kennedy since 2016 and have really enjoyed the personalized workouts. Most importantly I see results. He pushes his clients, always has a positive attitude, and knows what he is doing. He also helps with nutrition to help bring optimum weight loss and helps you feel your best.

Kennedy provides a great space for working out. His one on one training is tailored to my specific areas. After just a few sessions I already notice a difference in my flexibility and stamina. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness and has worked with me on setting goals and overcoming obstacles. This gym has been life changing for me. Coach Kennedy is so motivating and the people that come to this gym are great as well. I found going to other gyms everyday on my own extremely hard and I never held myself accountable. I always felt like I never saw results until I started at TFW. Kennedy is an amazing trainer and coach. He really cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to help us get in shape and get healthy mind, body, and soul. His workouts always offer something new and push me to the limits. I’ve definitely gotten so much stronger over the past few months and my posture has noticeably improved. Love this gym! I came in after working out for a decade at another gym and feeling like I hit a plateau. After working out at this gym for 6 months, I feel so much stronger! This gym is smaller, not a big box gym, and the trainer provides support, gives nutritional information, keeps me on my toes with measurements. I finally passed the plateau, and can confidently say I found my gym. The people make it even better, they are dedicated, kind and it feels like a small community.

Training for Warriors Sacramento is the place. As an older person woking out, I get what I need to make life changes and improve the quality of my life. Whether you do individualized training or group training, you get what you need to do the right thing and feel good. I love the interaction, nutrition assistance, and the "all about me" you just cannot get from a large workout facility. Trainer -Kennedy Kombo meets you where you are and propels you forward!
