“Scotty is the best! I called him up first and told him my situation. He said I should try my warranty first so I didn't have to spend any money. I thought it was pretty cool that he would even recommend that instead of just taking the job. It was not under warranty so I took it to Scotty. I'm glad I did. He fixed my transmission and made it actually do what it's supposed to do instead of the hard downshifts I was experiencing, especially while towing.
