They told me I had a transmission leak after getting an oil change at one of the “big box” shops. The fact that Scotty was so busy that he had to push me out a week said something already. I dropped my car off and caught an Uber back home to punch the clock. Almost immediately, Scotty called and asked if I could come back so he could show me something. I came back around noon during my lunch. Scotty provided me evidence that it was not my transmission but the oil screw that was leaking, and the condensation from the AC was causing a drip. I have heard of the legend of the honest mechanic and am very happy that I have found one. Did I say he did not charge me anything for this information?

“I got my truck towed in because I found antifreeze all over the ground underneath it. I also had a strong smell of antifreeze when I turned on the heater. Not only did they let me get it towed there at closing they waited for it to arrive a few minutes after they closed. The next morning they diagnosed the issues. They contacted my extended warranty company and did what needed to be done to get it covered. They sent me pics and let me know what to expect etc. They were so knowledgeable and super nice. They made sure to take it for a test drive to make sure everything was good. Not only did they save me the time, hassle and stress of having to contact the insurance Company they dealt with them every step of the way. Above and beyond is what comes to mind when I think about my experience with them. I will never go back to the dealership again. I will be a loyal customer as long as they are in business. I don’t do 5 stars often but I gotta say they deserve every one of them.”
