U-Haul Moving & Storage of Natomas provides truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage with very organized processes for checking out and in equipment. The staff are described as some of the most helpful, professional, polite, and friendly, providing excellent customer service that made moves less stressful. Customers report a smooth transition from app to counter and an easy, efficient process at pickup and return. The equipment comes as described, clean and well-maintained. While the app can present difficulties, the in-person service handles business with a great attitude, contributing to what some call their best U-Haul experience.
Very nice location, always has equipment available. Make sure to have a reservation for the weekend tho because they do book up. Alexandria helped me last time and was very helpful and kind and is very knowledgeable about everything. She was also very patient with all my questions.

My U-Box showed up early so Isaiah worked with me to change it to self pickup rather than wait another 3 days to have them deliver.
And when we ran into some technical difficulties with the trailer, Tina made sure we had everything sorted before we left.
