The United States Postal Service (USPS) has received mixed reviews from customers in the area. Helpful professional and I witnessed great mindful balancing of customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency, with a busy employee handling matters well. Coleen, a very helpful employee, went out of her way to assist a customer in locating a package. The experience at this USPS location was generally positive, with friendly and polite staff, efficient service, and a clean, small interior. One new employee was a bit nervous but still did a great job. Another employee, Eric, was fast, efficient, and professional, providing excellent customer service to those waiting in line.
