You put this post office in for directions and wonder how a post office can have such a low score. Then you go and meet the guy who works there and you completely understand. Totally worth driving the extra mile to the one on Alhambra.

Doors locked on Sundays so if you have a box here don't expect to get your mail on a Sunday.

Post office employees are horrible. They put my package in someone else's box.

I went to send back my parcel, I had a label in my phone emailed for me by the sender's company.
The USPS employee at this location told me that he can't use this label to accept my parcel (for some reason he needed some QR-code (what?) or a printout of this label on the parcel). This is a very inconvenient and ridiculous customer service experience. You would expect that the postal employee could use numbers or barcodes on the label, but it turned out - NO.
Moreover, the employee didn't even give me any correct instructions on how I can send this package correctly. He directed me to the FedEx on 65th Street (what? USPS sending customers to FedEx?) to get a QR code or something...
So a ridiculous waste of time... When will the postal service finally start working properly?

They refused to provide $0.02 worth of tape and wanted me to buy some. My taxes should cover this.

This is the third time that the package was lost from out Box. We pay more than three hundred each year and that s the service we get.

What has happened to this post office? It's 1:30 and they have a long line. I left came back lady working there who u can tell needs to retire. She's slow as heck and needs to g. No zence of trying to get her line down slower than ever and taking her time. Is she nice?. Yes she is but slow as heck. If ur going to be the only person working and u have a long line cut the talking out and hurry up. Than a person came from the back did nothing. No ones going to complain vecause she's been there forever and she's African American so u can't say a thing or it will be a rare issue. If it was a white lady working someone would complain or a white man no problem. I don't know what has happened to this post office but for east sac it has went down to a zero. What a shame that they can't get anyone else to come help or have her moved to the back. If u can't hurry up its time to retire or move over.

I am not sure what is going on with this post office. However, they repeatedly continue to drop the ball by delivering my packages to the wrong address/mailbox because I am not receiving my packages. I was supposed to receive a dress from Sweet Salt Clothing, and the mail carrier marked my package as delivered in or at mailbox. It wasn't in the mailbox, at the leasing officeand it most definitely isn't at the post office because it was marked "delivered in or at the mailbox". It's getting out of hand. They either need to change the mail carrier or learn how to read.??♀️ ??♀️ ??♀️

Helpful professional and I witnessed great mindful balancing of customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiency. Well-handled by a busy employee with their act together.I think this is the first good review I've ever given the post office. Actually, it's the only review I've ever felt like giving the USPS so well done.
