The United States Postal Service is a basic industry set up to mail whatever you want to mail. This local Post Office is a place for dropping off mail or packages, and it isn’t too crowded at certain times, though lines can be huge in the afternoons. The staff are not responsible for staff shortages. Some of the staff are very friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, going out of their way to assist customers. However, a few have attitudes for no reason, as if they don’t want to be there. Customers should have everything ready before sending mail or packages, as they won’t assist you with preparation. Some necessary forms are available at the front desk. If you have everything ready beforehand it’s an easy stop, drop and go, but if not you’ll be there for a while looking for help. Many customers are thankful for their work and this post office, receiving good customer service time and again.
My visit to the Post Office went better than expected. Even though there were a few people ahead of me, the line moved steadily. The clerk helped me tape my package properly and made sure everything was ready before sending it. Overall a very easy experience.

The staff is great here but there is always only one person at the front counter. So the line is often 5-15 people. Wish they would just have more people at the counter.

Only one person working Tuesday at 3:30 . The line was out the door. What happened to second person? Long wait!
