Absolutley horrible. A parcel I ordered was not forwarded to me when I do have a valid forward on file. Also, tried to call the office many times but no answer and then I get cut off. Trying to get my parcel from them, it was left in my old mail box in a gated community I moved from and I have no way to go get it myself.
