Very unprofessional behavior from employees and the manager himself, they told me you are next in line and helped 2 different people who came after me, finally had to leave because no one care here about your time, verizon need to bring some changes here if they want to keep their customers

I needed help with account servicing. I received the best account servicing ever from the guys working here..I called main T-Mobile on the phone and they couldn't help me....but the employees at the store were able to help me with my issues and went the extra mile to solve my problems, with the T-Mobile phone agent when, T-Mobile agent on the phone could not help me. Forever grateful to the guys at T-Mobile Delta Shore.

Helpful and courteous staff who did their best to assist me. Although they couldn’t process the cancellation and return of my Home Internet box since it wasn’t purchased in-store, they helped by connecting me with a representative over the phone and providing a backup UPS return label.

Never use Verizon, they are liars, I spent 5 hours to make a business account, as a result I got 3 times more than I should have, came back, spent another hour and heard that they can not solve this problem. I regretted 1000 times that I came to Verizon, when I encountered this I began to find out, it turns out that all my friends and acquaintances were deceived by them and left them. Now I need to spend a lot of time to blame the operator. People, never use Verizon and this office in particular, do not create problems for yourself

Very disappointed called customer service asking them why my bill keeps going up. Because of my trade in and promo code stopped when originally I came in and did the whole sit down with a representative and him stating my bill will be $90 each month. Now it is currently up to $118.90 the guy over the phone said that’s gonna be my usual bill going forward. But who knows that for sure just words really. So going into Verizon is very misleading to the customers on the prices and don’t forget the surcharges that they can implement at any time when they feel like it. They make it sound real good but when you actually in it your doomed. Straight trap waiting to happen.

Walked in, 20 minutes later ,no acknowledgement, no name taken, there were few customers ahead of me. I figured I might as well go online and order a phone for my daughter who originally refused to go to this location, and stayed home unless we go to the Arden location which I refused.

Ahmed is very knowledgeable and showed me how to maximize the use of my new phone. Phil took care of special requests and went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend Phil and Ahmed. Great customer service.

Do not go to this store. Was forced to go into the same location three times for the same issue. You may have heard good things about Verizon, but their service is horrible, they lie about where they have good coverage to get you to sign a contract, this location will blow you off when you simply want a SIM card that you never got for your account, They will tell you there are 45 minute waits, and then make you wait more than an hour and a half for simple issues showing you they do not respect you or your time. Then when you finally are able to get someone who understands your simple request for a SIM card, they will Intentionally be facetious and argumentative with their responses as if they are arguing with friends back on the block, specifically the skinny little bald guy who thinks he is tough. He should be fired and is not good enough to even work at McDonald’s. Even when you have a simple request. This location does not meet the basic standards of customer service.. You have been warned. I haven’t even spoken about their ridiculous hidden fees. Go with Xfinity or T-Mobile to save yourself some stress and time. Go with a company that respects you and your time as well.

I had to ask for help, probably because I'm a senior and the person obviously didn't want to help me. He was very condescending when I asked questions and tried to blow me off -- I wanted to buy a phone!
