Staff here has no idea how to run a cooperate store, as a business owner and needing service and help they sure couldn't help, cutting ties with Verizon ASAP

I came in just to get a new SIM. The guy that helped me out was very nice and talkative. The only complaint that I have is that it took a long time to get a new SIM because the guy that was helping me kept pausing to get me to sign up for promotions. I explained time and time again that the plan that I’m on is a family plan so I can’t be making any changes. He wanted me to talk to my family about making such changes. The last time he tried to get me to sign up for a promotion I let him know that I was just trying to go home, I had had a long day then he proceeded to say that signing up only takes 20 seconds. Great service. I just wish they didn’t push so hard to try to get you to sign up for the promotions.

Service was very good, but when I bought a new phone they told me I had to pay for the mobile protection which I tried to decline. The guy told me I needed to pay for at least one month. Didn’t sound correct so I called the next day and the Verizon call center person told me it was not required at all and canceled it for me.I was also charged a $29.99 set up and service fee, which they did not help me with. I did not want or need help with setup and was not told about the fee.Overall I would not recommend the store, and I would not trust the sales people. He probably made commission off of that somehow if I were to guess.Update: Checked my bill and the Jai (guy with a cane) in the store told me I could get apple one for free with my plan. Incorrect $10 a month for a service I don’t really need. I would avoid this store.

This is regarding the general manager, the Mexican guyI honestly regret switching from T-Mobile to Verizon. They don’t know how to take care.General manager I wish you had a name badgeHe does not know how to talk to the customer he would not listen to the customer. Verizon gives too much runaround.Employee that I like over here that really helpful is JayvonHe is awesome but they definitely need a new general manager here he’s rude. He needs to learn how to talk to customersGot my phone three days ago. My phone is tripping it’s not connecting to Bluetooth or CarPlay call customer service. They told me they did all the troubleshoot. They told me to come to the store so since it’s within 30 days I can get a new phone come here he wants to charge for restocking fee. He does not know how to take care of customer if it’s a defective phone, what am I supposed to do?I can go ahead and return your phone and do the restocking fee and sell the phone like bro seriously I need a phone The phone is defective. Honestly, I have a lot to say, but this is the worst place to come

Сотрудники не хотят работать с клиентами, потому что у клиента другой язык ,даже когда им говорить что разговаривать можно через google transaction. Плохой сервис и нежелание помочь клиенту. Не советую обращаться.

My visit to the Verizon store today was nothing short of a nightmare, thanks to a representative named Oddie. I approached Oddie with a simple question regarding the activation fees on my account. I had added two new lines and purchased two devices earlier in the day, and the associate who helped me at the store assured me that the activation fee was waived. However, when I called Verizon to cancel an older line, I was told that I would be charged for two activations in the next month's bill.Feeling baffled and concerned, I decided to return to the store to clarify this matter. When I explained my situation to Oddie, he showed an appalling lack of customer service skills. He consistently interrupted me and was incredibly rude throughout the conversation. To make matters worse, he even called a colleague over and suggested that he had no idea what I was talking about, essentially washing his hands of the situation.What made this experience even more infuriating was the fact that it took one try for his colleague to understand my situation and promptly assured me that I would not be charged for the activation fee on my bill. His explanation was clear - the charge shows on the account for a few days, but once they handle the accounts in the back, it will disappear. However, Oddie refused to listen and seemed utterly disinterested in understanding my predicament. I literally had to repeat myself more than four times, and each time he simply repeated that he didn't know what I was talking about.This incident highlights Oddie's complete lack of willingness to listen and understand customer concerns. It's evident that he lacks the interpersonal skills and training required for his role. Verizon should seriously reconsider his position within the company. They need to either provide him with the necessary training or find a more suitable candidate who can deliver the level of service customers expect and deserve. This was an exasperating and disappointing experience that could have been easily resolved with a little empathy and understanding from the representative. Other customers should be aware of this situation to avoid the frustration I had to endure.

Slight wait, but to be expected. Plenty to look at while waiting and places to sit as well. Service was good, trying to set up a plan for a cracked screen and though they were not able to resolve the situation right there, the representative walked me through the electronic insurance claim process, cued the claims page up for me on their tablet and staying close by in case I had any questions. 24 hours later, there was a service tech at my house repairing my screen. Very happy with the service at the Verizon store.

The other day Tyler helped me upgrade my 11 iphone to a 14. Long story short he signed me up on the Verizon credit card to allow autopay to my account to save 10$ per phone line and brought out their Verizon 5G internet gateway which I took home and tried for a week. I took it back due to security cams will not hook up to their gateway. My equipment is 2.4ghz. With this said the rep who is helping me return the gateway did not want to understand my concerns or answer any of my question about my plan and new Credit card. Dude as I tried to make clear at the store you just need more empathy if you continue to be a Sales Rep and not just a Sales Guy. I give 5 stars to Tyler at least he slowed his sales Roll (Speed) to at least listen to my needs and not just sell me stuff I don’t need.

I needed a Verizon Rep to help me review the plan I signed up for or just to go over what another Rep sold me the previous day. The Rep today was not very helpful. He was annoyed I did not understand what I signed on to...with this said. This rep was more interested in selling me more products instead of assuring me of what I had already spent ($$$) the previous day. I'm in my early 70's but quite aware of technologies and how they work. ( I have the help of my adult children and grandchildren) My questions were more about my plans and recently Verizon credit card I had just sign up for but this Dude was not having it to even help me understand and walked away to look at his phone like he was done with anymore of my concerns. I've been with Verizon before it became Verizon. It once was Air Touch. Great customer service has kept me thus far but if reps at the stores cannot help the senior population then we might have to go to anther provider. Verizon: You're not the only provider in town. I give 1 star for this most recent encounter but I'll give 5 stars to Tyler whom initially helped me at this same location. At least slowed his sales pitch roll to hear what I really needed and not just sold to...

Poor customer service I order an Apple Watch, and was purposed to be express pick up. I show up 30 minutes before the store closed. I know kind of a j*** move but I have too because I work graves and need to sleep during the day. I had a notice saying my watch was ready for pick up. An employee greeted me at the door. So I was thinking great this will be fast. The employee proceeded to tell me that my order was not ready even though I have the order ready notification. I’m pretty sure he just did not wanna help me because they were getting ready to close. I shrugged it off and left the store. I just told myself I’d come back tomorrow. I showed up tomorrow only to find out the store is closes earlier on Sunday. They later canceled my order because I did not pick it up soon enough. Cool I’ll just order it and pick it up in one of the express lockers so I order it again and then receive a message saying that the express lockers are unavailable. I have to pick it up in the store. I guess Verizon just doesn’t want my money.
