They were so helpful and informative, I received reminder texts and emails containing information that thoroughly explained what to expect on the day of his procedure as well as detailed post-op instructions. Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. It’s evident how much they care about the pet and owner experience.”

“My little queen needed some help with derm issues so I took a chance on a new vet (new to us, rather) & I’m very happy I did. Sasha and the team were kind & loving to my sweet baby & gave her the royal treatment she deserves; equally awesome, they explained everything to me, gave us ample products for the queen’s treatment, and they listened/cared about my concerns. Perhaps best of all, I told them Lu has anxiety around other dogs and they performed her intake from outside by our car. I once had a vet in Sacramento forget i was in the waiting room while I tried to be patient and wait for them to come to me; broadway’s lobby is small but comfortable so I don’t feel I must keep reminding staff we exist (apparently sometimes it’s not enough to be physically oresent?$. We shall be back with any future issues the pack may have!
Edit: my review above from 2023 holds firm as my sweet little baby has an ear issue and Broadway Vet has been so great to work with, Dr Sasha very genuinely cares about Lu and that matters 100,000%. Literally the best in town.”

“RCC took care of my first kitty from when I got her up until she got sick (which they diagnosed appropriately and were such a huge help in a very stressful and sad process). Dr. Lara and team are so amazing. They now take care of our kitty we got as a feral kitten and are just so amazing with him. I wouldnt take my kitties anywhere else!”
“For feral cat appointments you have to call on the 1st Monday of each month. After 499 calls and 2 hours of time spent trying and getting a busy signal I finally got through. Then I was told all the appointments for the month were full and I would have to try again next month. ?
I believe the appointment system for feral cats needs to be changed. I’m trying to do the right thing and get these cats spayed/neutered and keep hitting flawed systems to get this done. Super frustrating! ?
UPDATE! Super excited and happy! They called me and two spots opened up! Can’t wait to get two of them trapped and “fixed”! ?????⬛”
“Huge thanks for being able to see my little companion Blaze on short notice. He has been suffering with elevated liver enzymes and after several visits to the ER and no real solution over the past few years, Dr. Bennett took us under his care and was very transparent in explaining the situation and offering some guidance. The customer service is really awesome. The staff and technicians are genuinely caring. And this is not a corporately owned business which is a big plus in my experience. “Updated for 2024! My family has now been taking animals to this facility for years - since 2014! When we first started coming here, we primarily had Dr. Chapman as our vet, but over time we saw Dr. Sangani more and more. A word of advice: the older reviews for the Dr. that talk about rudeness or lack of bedside manner weren't dishonest - /then/. Since 2014 Dr. Sangani has become our *favorite vet*, his manner of speaking and explaining things to people has become so much more welcoming, understanding and patient. Over the years we have fostered a good relationship with him and the wonderful front staff people. It's a relief to know that we can call at 8am and be able to speak to someone on the phone, get advice on what's going on with our pet, and be told to bring them in for help(usually the same week!). If they can't help us, they will refer us to someone who can, but 9/10 times we've been able to have a quick visit, get an antibiotic shot/anti-inflammatory and be on our way. Dr. Sangani also does X-rays and surgeries on site, and he helped us when our older car broke his hind leg years ago. We came out of that with a tri-pawd cat who lived another year or two, happily stumping around on three legs, before the meds he got every week could no longer keep up with his hyperthyroidism. We have had to make the decision to let multiple animals go due to illness over the years, and every time the staff here are kind and considerate - I feel like they love our animals almost as much as we do, and really see the pain we always have in making that final decision. Our house is full of a bunch of softies, so we have a habit of rescuing strays. Because we bring in so many in-need animals ourselves, we understand why Dr. Sangani does the trips he does. Be aware that for at least a couple weeks (sometimes more) a year, the hospital will be closed as Dr. Sangani does missions (a la Doctors without Borders) to help animals in less privileged countries. I am proud to be supporting a vet clinic that does things like that. 5/5 stars for us, and our 9 furry felines (+1 stray we are fostering at the moment!).”

“Very clean and spacious lobby. Could use an outdoor trash for the dog poop. I put it in my truck bed didn't feel lobby was right place. The exam room got warm waiting for vet to arrive it was a good 15 minute wait for the vet. Stuff happens right? The vet was friendly, listened well and answered all our questions. I felt my dog received good care and we were treated respectfully. I will return with my pets.”

“I have been going here for the past year to get my dog washed and get his hair cut but it wasn't till this last cut that I was really SO happy with it. Kinga M. Was my dog's groomer and she took such great care of him.She was thorough in explaining the difference in just a nail trip and getting them buffed, and gave him the best haircut. Every time I look at him I think of how pleased I am with the way his haircut turned out. He's a poodle so he got a little puffball Mohawk on top of his head and he usually comes out with it looking kind of funny.. but this time it's really even and cute.Thanks Kinga!”
“I found this local spot off of Nextdoor. Staff was very friendly, got an appointment very quickly. Small office and appears only one assistant to help the doctor plus answer phones / greet guests. Wait time was a little long which can be stressful for high energy pets..parking was easy. Prices were a bit high compared to other vet offices.”
