Vizcaya is a quaint old style British hotel, an old mansion house turned into rooms with a certain simple and elegant vibe that takes you back in time. The venue offers a stunning mix of elegant indoor spaces with high ceilings and sophisticated decor, and lush outdoor areas including a beautiful enclosed garden and a spacious back patio. It is an amazing venue for events, praised for its professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and organization. Guests enjoy clean rooms in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The service is impeccable and prompt, with requests taken care of immediately. A nice continental breakfast is offered, and there is a great coffee shop a short walk away. Some minor gripes include tight walking space in the dining area, a main dish that can be a tad dry, occasional oversights like dirty cutlery, and limited TV channel alignment in rooms. Overall, it is considered a way cool place and a highly recommended five-star experience for a memorable stay or event.
For the money, not a bad place to stay, especially for shows at Channel 24. The place needs some TLC (broken windows, chipped interior paint, outside paint peeling, etc), but the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

Good rate in great location, but rooms definitely need some maintenance like window panes busted, ceiling fans whining, and light fixtures being out

It's a beautiful, cozy, location. Breakfast offering, secured location. We were able to find parking on the street. It took the hot water a while to get hot, and was the only issue I had. I'd stay here again!
