Walmart Supercenter

Walmart, Department Stores
Hours: Walmart Supercenter offers a wide range of services and products to customers. Customers can order fresh groceries online, with Walmart+ members enjoying free same-day delivery and free pickup, all at the same low prices as in-store. SNAP EBT cards are accepted, and express pickup is available for a small fee, making it easy to stock up on groceries, including organic produce, with a freshness guarantee. The store provides the convenience of trained associates who hand-pick groceries and assist with pickups, loading groceries directly into cars. Customers are encouraged to download the Walmart Grocery app for updates and to check in before arriving, ensuring a smooth shopping experience. However, the store has some concerns. There are reports of a slightly rowdy environment and a need for more security. The food section is well-liked, but some areas, like the bicycle section, lack helpful staff, and customer service varies. Some customers find the store crowded and note locked shelves, possibly due to security measures. There are also mentions of homeless individuals around the store. While staff is generally friendly and helpful, some customers feel that certain employees could be more polite and welcoming. Additionally, the store has increased security measures, with many items kept behind glass, which some customers find inconvenient and believe impacts shopping convenience. Overall, Walmart Supercenter is appreciated for its prices and product variety, but customer experience varies based on staff friendliness and store environment.
