Horrible customer service. Closing the lines for self service with a staff member's sole purpose is to tell you cannot use it the service. Always assuming that customers don't have the app is my a good policy

... it's overall clean and some staff are nice but I just had a horrible customer experience returning camping chairs I tested and wanted to return. From the beginning of the interaction I felt the agent was barely even speaking to me and when they did it was rude. I'm autistic and... I just this person said I was talking down to them for saying "sure I don't mind" And taking a step back... I was told I was talking down to someone who was definitely talking down to me I was essentially apologized for talking and waited... they tried to refuse my return... the manager also was rough with me when I didn't say anything and by then was crying quietly... like why did I deserve that? While returning chairs I hope managment reads this and knows that if I did anything wrong I'm sorry.... And please look at your actions cuz here I am I was crying while buying my groceries after I'm crying in the car now... you both were so so mean to me. I'm a customer returning a few things after 2days. Why treat me this way? No customer deserves to feel this way.... I grew up being told the customers always right... if I worked retail I had to be nice or get fired.... I don't understand how mean some of you are being to customers....... You really really hurt me. It really really hurt how you interacted with me That's why I'm writing this. I want u to know how much that hurt me... I bought that two days ago... Why be so mean? I'm still just bauling.... :( If u have a return id recommend any Walmart but here :( I don't understand

Don't go here unless you have at least 30 minutes to wait in line. Just left without purchasing anything because I needed one item and self check and garden cashier was closed. 7 minimum in all the other lines. Ridiculous!!

My recent visit to Walmart left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I purchased a jar of peanut butter, only to find upon opening it that there was a gaping hole right in the center, making the product practically unusable. This blatant oversight speaks volumes about the lack of quality control measures in place at Walmart. To make matters worse, the atmosphere within the store was far from pleasant. There were specific individuals causing a ruckus, shouting and creating disturbances throughout the aisles. It felt like chaos reigned supreme, with no efforts from the staff to restore order or ensure a peaceful shopping experience. As if the peanut butter mishap and chaotic environment weren't bad enough, the overall cleanliness of the store was appalling. The floors were dirty, shelves were disorganized, and I couldn't shake off the feeling of being in an unhygienic environment. In conclusion, my experience at Walmart was nothing short of a nightmare. From the defective product to the disruptive atmosphere and unclean surroundings, it was a complete letdown. I expected better from such a renowned retailer, but unfortunately, this visit fell far below my expectations. Avoid at all costs.

I don't even know where to begin. I never imagined leaving a Yelp review for Walmart because we all know (or so I thought), Walmart is..... Walmart, right? When we first walked in, we saw multiple people with non-service dogs in the grocery area. I'm a dog mom, so dogs don't necessarily bother me- but things got worse and worse every step of the way of this Walmart experience. A crazy man was walking around talking to himself with his pants half down, putting items in his pants, some falling out. As my boyfriend and I Iooked around, we realized we were the only "normal" people in there. Every isle was a mess. So many items were locked up, including many under $5 items. All of the self checkouts were closed and the lines were a mile long. Nothing but sketchy people in line. The person that checked us out was high on something, but wearing a Jesus shirt with scripture on it. My bf told her he liked her shirt and she replied "this is just a f***in extra shirt I have. Mg grandma is a pastor." When we walked out, we saw a man holding a small child, sitting on the ground in 40 degree weather, begging for money, a young hooker was waking around, and a group of people were smoking what we think was heroin, including a Walmart associate with his vest on. I seriously am beside myself and have PTSD from this experience. Wow. Just wow. I am thinking of going back to record the entire thing to share.

This is the worst Wal-Mart I've been to. I needed a turn signal light that was locked up. I had to ask no less than FIVE associates for help before someone begrudgingly agreed to open it for me, then I had to wait at register 12 for the associate to bring it to the front for me. The associate was almost to the register with it when she ran into a friend who was shopping there and stopped to chat with him for a bit first. All for a $4.50 item. I was given only excuses from the associates who would not help me. One told me "I have no keys" and started walking away. I asked if he could call someone who did and he replied, "it's not my problem, ask someone else". I get it, it's Wal-Mart, the store is gonna be filthy and in disarray but the employees here are complete assholes. I'm going to stop shopping here and go to Target instead, I've never been treated with this much disrespect there.

I don't even shop at Walmart, but I was passing by & needed to grab a quick essential. They have people scanning your order at self check out. I kindly questioned the woman and asked when did this start & what was the point of self checkout if it's not self checkout? She stated they had a company meeting about this new policy change in place due to increased theft. It's so backwards because if you would just open more lanes, put those same cashiers in those lanes so they can actually do their job, there may be a decrease in self checkout use & in theft since more lanes will be open. Self checkout was the companies choice in the first place due to not wanting to staff enough cashiers. Look how that's working out.

Fairly well organized. They have a garden center with large live plants and gardening supplies so that's a definite bonus. They definitely need to up their cashier game instead of trying to force everyone to use self checkout. In fact if they used the 2-3 employees that they have "supervising" the self checkout area as regular cashiers, shopping and checking out here would be a lot more pleasant.

I hate this Walmart so much. I usually drive extra miles to the nicer ones, but I needed something in a pinch. This Walmart is like a prison. If you need something basic like lotion, it's locked up and you need to find a worker. If you wanna use self-checkout, a worker will awkwardly and uncomfortably hover over your shoulder (literally) and watch as you scan your items. And the parking lot is riddled with weirdos that are cracked out or begging for money. Such an unpleasant shopping experience here. Oh and the lines are extremely long with only 1-2 cashiers working.

Went to Walmart, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The place was buzzing with activity, but it came with its quirks--ran into some interesting characters. The self-checkout shutdown didn't do any favors; lines were stretching forever, making things a tad frustrating. Customer service was alright, nothing extraordinary. Navigating through the crowds and waiting in the long lines was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a typical Walmart run--busy, a bit chaotic, but got what I needed in the end.

Just came to do a quick return. Forgot my receipt at home and thankfully the clerk at customer service went ahead and took the return with no problem. I know that other Walmarts have different policies even though it clearly states on the website for Walmart that they do returns regardless of having a receipt. People going against corporate policies is very annoying. Thankfully this Walmart honored their own policy on returns. Down side, they don't sell tobacco aka cigarettes or such at this location.

This particular Walmart on Florin Rd and Stockton Blvd has a lot of items that you need but I will say it is a scary place to be sometimes in the day and especially at night at this establishment you will find a whole lot of chapters or a variety of people. There toy department is pretty good I find that the attendees that I've come across were nice and helpful what is OUR WORLD ? coming to were things have to be looked up in our shopping ? stores I get it I do but WOW ?!!
