Worse service , employees like to talk a lot and not work I was waiting 1 hr plus in the lobby and they keep talking to the girls in the cashier area and me waiting in lobby looking like when will they help me they honestly are rude and not helpful at all no one ever came to help me at all I left and came back and same... read full comment

Not helpful. Referred me to call customer service who then told me that I needed to go to the branch. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I've had Wells Fargo for 25 years and Im done.

Bad customer service they want us doing everything in the ATM and don't ask us what we need help with just trying to get us out
