Xfinity by Comcast has one of the worst billing systems I've encountered.
While their service quality is generally reliable, their billing practices are frustrating and deceptive. They frequently add unexplained charges, and although they promote discounts for autopay and paperless billing, these seem to come with strings attached. By the time you notice the overcharges, multiple billing cycles may have already passed.
I've spent countless hours with their customer service trying to get refunds, only to feel like I'm being misled. What’s worse is knowing that millions of customers likely have no idea they’re being overcharged.
Be cautious about trusting anything their sales reps promise over the phone — those commitments are rarely honored, and conveniently, the chats or call logs with those promises are “never found.” Their billing department is disorganized at best and deceptive at worst. A truly disappointing experience.

Unhelpful and lack of credibility. Had some billing issues with my mobile service but they had no answers and was completely unhelpful. They asked me to call customer service to resolve them. They also fabricated a story that I should have been charged more for my mobile service since 2 years ago to justify the higher price they started charging me without my consent a few months ago. I had a discounted price because I added 2 additional lines to my mobile service, plus 3 new phones, and have internet service. BS company, with incompetent customer service. I plan to take my business elsewhere.

Just stay away from xfinity period their technicians do not understand time management skills. I had an appointment scheduled from 8:00am to 10:00am to work on my home security. Called xfinity customer service they said that he would be out here by 1pm which is way past the lovely schedule time frame so now I have to move my day around because of them not teaching time management skills. I am paying $84 a month & for what people with no time management skills a home system that has been going off that is basically false alarms 4 times since I've had it last year that i had to pay sacramento county $30 for, I am literally about to get rid of them. The people in the stores can care less even when you tell them your issues.

Came in to switch my internet service. A manager greeted me shortly. Anthony understood my request and had experience in handling it. While he was busy working in the system, he provided me with good customer service and answered all my questions. He completed my request in 30 minutes. It was a smooth process. I really appreciated his help after being stressed out from poor customer service received via phone and bad online reviews. I hope all Xfinity customer service can be like this, especially the 1-800 line. Thank you Anthony!
One thing to improve is to include a phone number for the local store, so I can call upfront and confirm they have what I need before coming. Unfortunately, only the 1-800 line was listed.

Amazing staff! Great costumer service! We went in this morning to get a new phone and there was a very irate customer shouting obscenities and not allowing them to help. Shout out to Romeo and Victor C. for handling that situation like champs. They were very professional throughout the entire exchange. Highly recommend this location for your Xfinity needs!
