Walked in, an customer service agent met me at the door, handled my equipment return which took about 5 minutes, tops. She was pleasant, efficient and made the trip in so nice and easy.

Very nice helpful staff could not get what I wanted due to xfinity bait and switch but the location was great even if I couldn't get what I came for. The education was worth my time. I will gi straight to samsung from now on for my hardware.
