Getting rid of AT&T WiFi at the house. Switching to Xfinity. Donovan is very professional and knowledgeable. Helped me get my new account. When I got home, issues with the coax cables. He was easily reachable and Donovan has a technician coming the next morning. Thank you.

I have to cancel my service because in Thanksgiving 3 days prior and 2 days after Thanksgiving I had no internet connection so therefore I couldn't watch TV. Couldn't watch football. I have my whole family. It was very disappointing and on top of that they still charged me. That ain't right
