AAA Salinas Branch is part of the third-largest Member club of the national AAA organization, serving Northern California, Alaska, Arizona, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. The branch offers a variety of services, including legendary roadside assistance and towing, exclusive savings on insurance and car repairs, travel discounts, TourBook® guides, TripTik® Travel Planners, attraction tickets, passport photos, international driving permits, on-site insurance agents, home security consultations, notary services, and select DMV services. Customers have generally had positive experiences with the branch, praising the quick, efficient, and professional service, especially at the DMV. One customer was grateful for the ability to take care of DMV issues within 30 minutes, saving time and aggravation. Another customer expressed gratitude for the great customer service they have received, both in-person and over the phone, and gave the branch five stars. However, not all experiences have been positive. One customer found a recent phone interaction to be quite confusing, with the employee refusing to provide clarification.
