Rooms not bad, just bed really hard, fridge ok but could use a freezer section. Front desk not bad. Pool out of order per city.

Older hotel. Needs some detailing, What it lacks due to age it makes up for in service. We were warmly welcomed and the staff met our every need with a professional attitude not seen in some hotels in this chain. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip.

I’m still here, but I’m rating this BW a 5/5 because the manager and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind and provided great customer service. :) And no, they didn’t ask me to write a review. Thank you!
