They have the nerve to charge me and try to tell me they are keeping the deposit $100 for the sheet having stain on it. WELL let me tell you the true facts is this. THE OIL CAME FROM your PARKING LOT. MY $400 BAG,SATURATED BY SOME SORT OF oil. IM ASUMING ITS ENGINE OIL. ITS ALL OVER MY EXPENSIVE LEATHER BAG PARKING LOT FULL OF OIL.NOT REALIZEing those were placed on my expensive Lexus leather interior. So glad I didn't bring my Cadillac to this place. To top it off I slipped on that oily parking lot and I'm handicapped, I'm hurt in pain in both my legs .when I slipped on their front parking lot. How dare they try make money on their own negligence. Don't park in front, you'll slip and fall like I did. Be Aware that you'll get injured if they don't clean up their mess and if they actually stop ripping nice people off and worked on picking up the oily mess out front in the parking lot. They won't get people injured and have to pick on us nice people who get a billing threat of $100 and some wet towels because of their lack of concerns to others health and safety. cost to replace the loss I have to deal with luggage, interior leather.an if my l doctor bill if this slip and fall injury gets worse, The lawsuit I will file against the hotel, for negligence. What I cant overlook and except, is how your company can have the audacity to make the guest feel like wrong like a villain and then keep money of damaged stained sheets that was because of the hotels doing .. let me tell you it is your greed to get over on physically disabled people is absolutely outrageous, unethical.morally wrong,and falsely charging someone and keeping held money is theft,fraud,and need I say more. So you have no right to take anything more from us. If you don't correct this bill today to settle this today. With the full amount of the stay at your hotel as in hopes to make it right as if this never happened. To make all means possible to forget all the violations experienced at your hotel company caused iwhen it's laziness, uncaring, clean up your parking lot. I expect a full REFUND BACK TO NR.KLEIN of the entire stay at your hotel. The oil in front ruined my pants,lugage,and now REALIZEing by your bill,your stupid cheap sheets,ARE FROM YOUR PARKING LOT, loss I'm having from your negligence caused me. feel now that the tables turned correctly to the corprits that caused this is BEST WESTERNS AT THEIR BEST TO PROVIDE THE GUEST IS OF YOUR COMPSANYS LACK OF KNOWING THE TRUE FACTS THAT OCCURED BY YOUR HOTELS ABILITY TO KEEP ALL GUEST SAFE AND LIMIT THE LIABILTY OF INJURY TO HOTEL GUEST AND CONCERNS TO THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ALL THAT STAYS AT YOUR FACILITIES LACKS THE FACTS BEFORE SUBMITTING SUCH FALSE ACUSATIONS TO THE GUEST THAT TRUST YOUR COMPANY TO PROVIDE THE UPMOST IMPORTANCE BE OF TRUTH,FACTS, AND THE ABILITY TO MAKE SUCH A CLAIM BE OF TRUE FACTS. YOUR HOTEL LACKS THE ABILITY OF YOUR CLAIM UNTRUE TO MR.KLEINS CLAIM YOU DID IS NOT TRUE, THE EVIDENCE WE HAVE IS TANGIBLE,AND WILL HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT TO BEST WESTERN. IF THE ISSUES TO CORRECT THE FALSE CLAIM IS NOT SETTLED WE WILL FILE A CIVIL CLAIM TO THE FULLIEST IN SUPERIOR COURT HOUSE TODAY IF WE FEEL YOU HAVE NOT CORRECTED TO FULL REFUND AND THAT THIS IS NOT TAKEN TO FULLIEST ABILITY TO SATIFY the accuracy o EVIDENCE I HAVE OF YOUR PARKING LOT FILTH GOT YOUR SHEETS THAT WAY. Facilities are very clean, staff is super nice. The downsize is that the whole place always smelled like pot. Like that, they provide breakfast, but the meat was always undercooked sausage. They need to actually cook it through and mix it up with bacon occasionally.

You have a great team. Larry at the front desk welcomed us with fresh cold bottles of water. The Amazing ? ? ? girl in the dining area. Good job. Fresh breakfast. Clean counters and tables. Everything was beautifully stocked. And to the gentle man at check out. We appreciate you extending our check out time. Thank you. This Hotel was clean ? ?

Older hotel. Needs some detailing, What it lacks due to age it makes up for in service. We were warmly welcomed and the staff met our every need with a professional attitude not seen in some hotels in this chain. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip.

Customer Service sucks. Lady at the front desk rudely greeted us with, “that’s why we have the sign outside.” Attitude needs to be checked. We’ve read the sign, we wanted to kindly ask the direction as we are new to the area. We’re very disappointed.

Overpriced for the quality of the hotel facilities. The room was dated and smelled musty. There was no lobby nor a business center. The exercise room is very cold and had limited hours of access. The breakfast had minimal choices and mostly unhealthy fare. Will not return! Please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!

I had been in other Best Western with my fam and the only thing I have to say is about the receptionist, she really rude! She was really rude, she has to learn about customer services, we were happy with the room, Although the pools were not working, the stay was good despite the receptionist

My husband and I made reservation online for 2 adults for 2 nights. During check in at 4pm the front desk informed me that guests were not allowed. My 2 grandkids are next door getting food and are not allowed to come in our room to eat. BW has a sign at the front desk about no guests but not online. It is too late to make a last minute reservation elsewhere. The Clerk had an I don't care attitude. My husband is a double amputee in a wheelchair and we just wanted to enjoy a meal with our grandkids in a comfortable place before taking them home. When we stay at a hotel it always involve family. The room smelled bad, refrigerator froze our food. The temp knob was missing and they knew it. I will never stay at a BW again.

I’m still here, but I’m rating this BW a 5/5 because the manager and the front desk staff were exceptionally kind and provided great customer service. :) And no, they didn’t ask me to write a review. Thank you!

Front desk employees were kind of strange. No jokes, no smile, didn't care about you and they made me feel I was bugging them.The room surprisingly enough was in good shape and clean! The window screen had holes so, not much functionality there. Overall, recommended.Rooms: Clean.

The best part was the front desk guy Larry was so courteous and helpful and nice. Gen Z needs to learn from his manners . Room was decent . We stayed here one night and it was comfortable stay . Is an hour from monteray bay n Carmel by the sea is close by too .
