“I was surprised to find this store fully stocked with merchandise, neat, clean, and looking as a Penney store should. The San Bruno store is nearly empty of merchandise. I will now shop at the Salinas store, if I need need to look for anything. The shopping center, Northridge, is also quite nice too. Sort of reminded me of Serramonte shopping center in Daly City.”

The owner of the store is always super helpful with answering my queries and gives me advice on what is to come in my future. I've been coming to this store for a little over a year now and every time the customers service is amazing.If you want to trade in your own gently used items there is a 2 month wait period and you can bring 40 items to trade in for store credit or cash.”

“It's truly an incredible store. At home, when I shop this store, I am ignored. But this store is so much nicer to shop at. Team members are really well trained to make customers feel at home. They go above and beyond to assist the customers. When not assisting customers, they are either making displays appear neat and orderly or cleaning the floors and aisles, or restocking tables and racks with new merchandise. I found the patterns on shirts quite intriguing. A great variety of tees. And was surprised to see the shoes and slippers on display. Really a fine store.”

“I love this store! So happy they are still open after all these years and with COVID-19. They have the best selection of children's clothing and accessories on the central! They have such unique clothing that you can't find anywhere else! Not only the items they have but also the customer service is amazing! The ladies here are so helpful in making sure you find everything or anything that your looking for! I appreciate this kind of service as you don't see it as often anymore! I feel so confident when coming in here that I will find everything that I'm looking for and know that the ladies will do an excellent job at gift wrapping my items, which is free! So happy to continue supporting this business for many years to come!”
