“Bety’s Boutique has provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had while dress shopping. We initially came to find dama dresses for my niece’s quince and ended up dressing our entire family for the event. The staff and customer service are unmatched! They made us feel like part of the family and took the time to help us with fittings, alterations, and even followed up to ensure the quality was up to par. I will only be coming here for all future events. The owners, staff, and relatives of this establishment are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.”

“Working in retail is a challenge job. Like many customer service jobs, there is no tips involved whatsoever unlike every restaurant now a days. (Starbucks, Panera bread, etc.) Nonetheless, the Hollister at Salinas Mall is a great place to shop. They provide good customer service and people just need to understand that the associates job isn't easier than anyone else's. Talking to customers all day can take a toll on a person. We all have good and bad days. So far I've had a great experience at Hollister Co. in Salinas & I will continue to shop there. Unlike American Eagle, I never get greeted there.”

“We had a good experience at Kohl’s. We came in to complete an Amazon return, and after finishing the return the staff at the counter gave us some coupons. We ended up looking around the store and found a shirt we liked. The checkout line moved quickly, and the staff were friendly during our visit. The store was clean and organized. Overall, it was a positive shopping experience.”

“Whole living in Salinas I loved shopping at this store. In fact my shoe rack was filled at home. Nevertheless, I still loved going into this store to check the latest in shoe styles. “I give this store... a five out of five. This store has great prices and deals. As I walked into the store, I knew this would be the best store to ever step into Northridge Mall. I saw beautiful dresses that were 4 to 5 dollars. The quality is great. The clothes I bought never shrunk in the washing machine. For 5-dollar T-shirts, I am impressed. There are like 50-dollar shirts from other stores that look the same as the 5-dollar shirts from Wannabe and they still shrink in the washing machine. It is not just the quality and the price. The styles of clothes they have. There are so many colors and designs. The only thing I have to say is that they should add some graphic T-shirts. This is still one of the best stores in Northridge Mall. There are polite workers and they are happy to help customers. The customer service is a 5 out of 5. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I am excited to shop at Wannabe again.”

“It's truly an incredible store. At home, when I shop this store, I am ignored. But this store is so much nicer to shop at. Team members are really well trained to make customers feel at home. They go above and beyond to assist the customers. When not assisting customers, they are either making displays appear neat and orderly or cleaning the floors and aisles, or restocking tables and racks with new merchandise. I found the patterns on shirts quite intriguing. A great variety of tees. And was surprised to see the shoes and slippers on display. Really a fine store.”

“The store is located near the town’s main busy shopping area, but the store itself appears overcrowded with too many items and merchandise, which may raise safety concerns”
