“I honestly have zero complaints. The equipment is top-notch, always clean, and there’s a great variety for any type of workout. One of my favorite things is that it’s never overcrowded, so I rarely have to wait for a machine or piece of equipment. The atmosphere is positive and welcoming, and I’ve never had a single negative interaction with the staff or other members. I also appreciate that they don’t lock you into a long-term contract or make it a hassle to cancel. If you’re looking for a great gym with a friendly environment and quality equipment, I highly recommend this place.”

They have just about every piece of equipment you need for a solid workout, and it’s always in great condition. The locker rooms and showers are consistently clean, the water fountains taste great, and the staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful.”

“Nice , clean and spacious place for exercise! There are plenty of exercise equipments, you have never waited for a machine! I love the free weight area with kettle bells, weight plates, rope, punch bag, You name it, In Shape has it! Sauna, Steam room and Hot tub… You cannot beat this place! Bathroom is clean! Staff members are very nice and friendly! No pressure! I started in August last year, nice young lady at front desk who gave me all info and offered me 3 days free work out! I just signed up after walking around the gym! I came back a day later to see Andrew with special discount for Monterey County Employee . Andrew was very patient and happily processed my request!
