“Came in Last week and met with Stacy B. I have been with AT&T for several Yrs. For Internet, Tv, & Cell Service. This was my first time working with Stacy, I was interested in changing my Tv Service. Stacy sat down and gave me all the information for the new DirecTv Internet connection, me not being tech savvy I was very apprehensive about setting up my Tv, but Stacy walked me through Step by Step. Giving me my user Id and password and instructions on how to downloading the app to my smart TV’s. Stacy was very knowledgeable about everything. She is an extreme asset to AT&T!!”
“Hi I just wanted to share my experience with Verizon. I came in the store to get a new line, I talked with Stephanie, she was very respectful and polite. She got right to work and helped me set up my account! Verizon offers great prices for the lines they provide! I highly recommend Verizon!”

“I'm impressed. My employer switched service provider while i was out of town. Suddenly I was without service as the old provider stopped cell service. My employer had a new SIM card but I'm miles away. So I stopped by the Salinas Cricket store and Isaac helped me out. Very kind, very understanding and an awesome experience. Left with a new SIM and a great experience in customer service. Thank you.”
“My phone is bomb. Pedro is bomb. I spent a few minutes waiting for my phone to be activated and was on my way. Pedro did a great job of landing me on a phone. He sold me the blade Max big screen phone by ZTE. It has great features and a huge screen. The store was clean and organized. I noticed it smelled like fabuloso household cleaner in the store. Shot out to Staff for making my shopping experience quick and easy. I'm very Happy. I highly recommend this store for your next phone to all my friends, family neighbors.”
