From the moment I called in, Alexis was incredibly attentive and professional. She listened carefully to my situation, asked all the right questions, and reassured me that help was on the way.
What really stood out was Alexis's communication. She kept me updated on the status of the tow truck, providing accurate arrival times and even checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Her calm and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much more manageable.

He sold me the blade Max big screen phone by ZTE. It has great features and a huge screen. The store was clean and organized. I noticed it smelled like fabuloso household cleaner in the store. “What a great shop!! If you’re looking for a specific card, pack, etc. this is the place to go. They carry everything and very good quality. I hardly visited the Northbridge Mall, but once I discovered this store I’m there at least every other week. You ask Compa or his staff a question, they have an answer for you. I recently began collecting Pokemon cards again. If I’m looking for a card, I’ll definitely find it here. The majority of the cards I’ve gotten here and have sent to get graded have come back a 10. Highly recommend you give this shop a visit. Also, great giveaways on their Instagram. If you don’t believe me, check it out.”
