Do everything possible to not use this delivery/courier service. UPS is one of the worst services you can use, they never deliver as promised, if you complain they remove your ability to track your package and their drivers are customer service are the most incompetent people in the industry. Personally and professionally I will use FedEx or any other courtier service. Avoid disappointment for yourself and your clients. 1 star is already more then what they deserve. What can brown do for you? They can go out of business, that's what they can do for all of us

They changed name to TForce Freight. I would give negative feedback if it was available. Delivery was made after scheduled time and I already left site. The driver would only wait for 10 mins. I called the supervisor and he was so rude. He said I whether would accept the late package in 10mins or reschedule the delivery with extra fees. Why Tforce employees can be so rude, and it seems like its company acceptable behavior. I will never use this service again.

This is the first time I've been compelled to write a review but I was so disappointed I had to say something. After too many to count calls that were not answered and promises made that were broken, when I did finally talk to Colleen, we ended up having to risk liability and pick up our shipment. The lazy male worker did not offer to help run the forklift for Colleen until she proved to be incapable of getting our order on our truck and had to ask him to help. He was irritated that we were too picky about placing the 900 lb pallet in our truck! We should not have had to pick this up in the first place! I had a deadline that I was trying to make for a hotel, therefore I had no choice. However, T-Force couldn't have cared less. If I could enter no stars it would be too many

Now called T Force. This company is completely unreliable. I had a critical piece of equipment sent through UPS Freight. These guys sat on it for a month. They continually gave me a proposed date for delivery in Big Sur. If they didn't have a certain number of items they skipped the delivery. Not once did they call to inform me. I had to pay someone else to pick up the item in a truck . To add insult to injury they were rude and slow with my driver.

We were expecting a number of individual shipments. Suddenly, we got a call from the Salinas terminal saying that they have two pallets that they are going to deliver to the CURB (in a week!) because the shipper did not pay for inside delivery. Come to find out, UPS decided to palletize our multiple shipments (which significantly delayed delivery) AND they expected an additional charge to deliver to our office suite (as would have been done had the shipments not be put on pallets in the first place). Wow.

Very friendly and very helpful people. Paperwork was ready for pickup and they even helped me break down pallet and packaging to fit. Thanks! You made my day. Bring warm clothes, very cold breeze when we got there mid-morning. #grateful

I had my doubts that things would go as planned, but these folks could not have been more accommodating with my requests. Driver (Mike) showed 1/2 hour early, and was super. Can't say enough.
