There is a large counter for sorting, stapling, 3hole punch, this is a huge timesaver, as it saves me the stress of hauling it home with no desk space to finish the job. The two staff persons are exceptional and hard working!”
“I went to staples to get ink for my cannon because I was having issues with my amazon payments. The cashier was super knowledgable on products and when I brought up the price on amazon he was able to match that price and utilize my Staples rewards. “Poste Haste is a good alternative to keeping a box at the USPS on the Plaza. They are just a couple bucks more expensive per month but have some excellent and useful ancillary services. The in store help has both broad and deep experience with answers. Its the most accessible place to get things printed quickly in Arcata now thst Kinko's is gone.”

“Needed to mail a package while in Eureka Ca and I found this Post Office conveniently located downtown on H Street. The building looks like a historic building and when you walk into the lobby its like your going back in time. The old tile work is cool and neat to see the old mailboxes.I went about 10am and they had no line, I was able to get in and out. Lots of free parking around the building. They have free USPS shipping boxes and they sell tape and other size boxes if you need them.. The clerks were very professional and polite. Glad I found this spot and I would certainly return if I have to mail something again.”

She was lovely and assured me I was well prepared just needed 2 small things before I could ship it. I cannot stress enough how extremely patient she was with me. I usually ship item through Arcata (never had any issues) but I think I'll be going through eureka now because of her! Thank you again Cinna!”

“I know the drivers work hard on stressful schedule but they need to do more about notifying customers that they're packages are at the door, knock on the door ring the doorbell, put packages off to the side out of sight out of mind if possible”
“I love this little office. Even during holiday time when everything & body gets a Lil cray cray- they helped me just fine & my packages got to the destinations just as told. So that's a 5 star. A post office is to do you a favor(in which we tip them in the form of $) by getting something to you as them being a 3rd party. That is it. It's not their job to know 100% about visas & passports- all they do is take a picture for you. So for a USPS Ofice to get my mail to where they said they would get it there & on or before the date --<they did their job> 5 star!”

“This is a double review: 1). The petite UPS store on Harris has everything needed for shipping. PLUS, they sell jars of local honey. They are always helpful and friendly. 2). To the local UPS delivery person: I made an error on my address and the UPS delivery driver figured out the transposed numbers and found me, found my house. What a great thing to do!! Thank you to all of the local folks who keep us running smoothly. Em Ferguson”
