“Most Wells Fargos are ok at best a little big to get much personal service. This particular branch however still has that customer service and hi I know you feel. Very helpful and kind with conversation too. Not sure why I bother going to other branches when this one has truly been there to help with even the most complex things. For a big corporation this branch gives Wells the humanity and heart it needs. Something about small towns I guess. Thank you to Michelle(Dawn) and Misty you lady's are the best! Please never leave!!!!”

“I've had several banks/credit Union's over the years. I moved to Calaveras County full time last year and checked with the banks/cu's in San Andreas. The ONLY one where I felt welcomed like family was Umpqua San Andreas!! Everyone who works here is amazing especially my Favorite Teller Dolores! Dolores always goes above and beyond to make sure my money is safe and helps me grow it! Amazing Bank! Highly recommend!!!!!”

“I left B of A to come to this local CU that my mom banks through. I opened up a checking a couple years back and they've been FANTASTIC. Last November applied for a personal loan that my mom co-signed and even the interest didn't seem that bad!They've been so quick to help me, even on my lunch time, I've been in and out without going over my allotted time! Just recently I needed to change to the new app and they offered to walk me through the process. They're very thorough. I love the staff, the banking is SUPER convenient, and I don't think you'll find me not at a CU ever again, unless I become a millionaire. CSCU is especially good for new credit-card holders (they're interest SLAYS other CC companies), new low amount loan holders, or someone who is just trying to save money while using a checking. Very much worth coming here, if you want to stay local.”
