I really admire the design of the Umpqua credit card. It could have been the most well designed credit card ever. Now the merge makes the customer use a different version of the card issued by Columbia Bank. Truly disappointed. No design at all and it looks so plain.

Our banker, HOLLY was FANTASTIC. She helped our 89 year old mother unravel years of financial troubles. She was knowledgeable, kind, and her customer relations are top notch !!!!! Thank you Holly, you're the BEST.
