“I ordered service 6/27/2019 to have my vehicle transported from WA to UT. It was assigned for transport on 7/09/2019. I have my car on 7/11/2019 and it is working fine and has not a scratch on it. I did have quite the wait to get it assigned but I do understand that it takes a while to find a driver headed on this route. I was patient. If someone is dependent upon getting it fast, you would need to pay for the faster service. I got the economical service and am ok with my results. My driver was very personable and careful and helpful. He drove from Renton, WA to Utah County and had more than my vehicle. I was appreciative of his positive attitude and professionalism. I'm very pleased with the service. I did give four stars because of the statement of when my vehicle would be assigned not lining up with what actually happened but overall, I'm very pleased with this transaction.”
