Today I stopped in there, without an appointment, for them to look at my recently-separated right rear fender panel. Greg had his assistant Sam look at it. She spent about 1/2 hour fixing the panel about 95% perfect (I'd have to replace the whole rear bumper for a 100% fix). Sam didn't charge me anything and even refused a $20 bill I offered directly to her. What a great place.”

Not only did the owner Jim know exactly what to do without me having to spend a lot of time to explain, but he and his team did what they said they would do and did so in the timeframe we had agreed upon.
