The clerks and employees are consistently described as friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and super friendly. They are quick to clear the floor and provide assistance, such as helping with a missing receipt or a return, which is made quick and easy. The store keeps customer phone numbers on file for receipts. There is plenty of upfront parking. While experiences are usually good, there can be occasional issues, such as receiving the wrong part, which may require a customer to drive to another location to pick up the correct item themselves. There system was done when I got there at 1145pm Hector was very apologetic and informed me of a wait. They stayed open pass business hours till the system rebooted and promptly took care of me.
