“Today I came into the branch and sat down with Maria , who helped me print out some deposit invoices. She was so sweet and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing. (I have came here the last two years to do the same thing and they literally had no idea what they were doing and it took forever) Maria had me out within 15 minutes! She was organized, she stapled my papers and she even gave me my choice of highlighter to use! She sent me home with all my stuff in a manila folder. The best customer service I've received at a Wells Fargo , at any location. You guys need to give her a big fat RAISE .”
“I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me. She was welcoming, professional, polite, verified my information and gave me my debit card on the spot. Explained the banking information and services and answered all my questions I had. Thank you Navy Federal credit Union!”

Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .”

“First time coming to this location due to an issue with a check that I had deposited and the manager Jesse was very knowledgeable went out of his way to help me. I do not remember the teller's name that I had spoken to but she was very polite. 10 on of 10 would absolutely come back to this location again, thank you so much.”
“Came in on Saturday morning asked to be seen by someone to discuss some issues with my account, I was told there was about an hour in half wait.. but if a guest didn't show up after 10 min I would be next well the next guest showed up and I was told the manger Maribel was gonna see if she can help due to her being limited access.. she called took care my issue help me understand what had happened to my account.. 10/10 recommend this chase bank. “I beg to differ with those for whatever reasons had a or even some bad experiences in their dealings with B of A.I on the other hand remember on several occasions where people in different branches went beyond their obligations to me as a customer to help me simply because of the caring people they are.For instance I once had a bad reaction to a new medication and collapsed while waiting in a long banking line and not only did the branch manager run to my assistance; but also put me in his personal car and drove me home and stayed untill he finished talking to and fully recanting what had occurred while I was standing in line at his branch.His reactions were far above and beyond his duties and obligations and treated me with joy and concern when I returned to his branch another day.To me his actions were an act of kindness and concern for another human being but went far beyond his duties as branch manager and to this day I still thank and appreciate him and B of A for their great service over the years !”
“I dropped in to this branch with all types of request including a request for a strap of $2 dollar bills. There were 2 tellers on duty. They were fast and friendly. One of them was named Maria and the other one was not. One of them was the best ever!!! They were both great.I love this branch. The parking lot was clean and free of people loitering. Even the security guard was pleasant and wished me a great day as I walked out. Thank you for being wonderful ?”

“Located on 3rd St. Bank is closed on Sundays. Felt a little uneasy here, but there was only one other person getting cash out of the ATM. Only wanted to use the ATM. There are two at the back side of the bank. Plenty of parking. There's one ATM at the front of the bank along the street Easy peasy. Got what I wanted and left.”
