Wells Fargo Bank is currently being remodeled. The location can be very busy, so customers should be ready to wait a little. Employees and managers are very nice, helpful, friendly, fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. One manager was noted as going out of the way to help. However, there have been issues with line management, where a teller helped someone not in the long line before closing a window, causing frustration for those waiting over 20 minutes. Despite this, many report a decent overall experience and would absolutely come back.
The problem with having only 2 tellers available is when you get a customer that takes 20 min at a window and the other teller decides to close. Even when there's only 2 people in line, you'll be there for 40 min or longer.

First time coming to this location due to an issue with a check that I had deposited and the manager Jesse was very knowledgeable went out of his way to help me. I do not remember the teller's name that I had spoken to but she was very polite. 10 on of 10 would absolutely come back to this location again, thank you so much.
