About SimpleStay Suites
SimpleStay Suites is a decent motel located in a not-so-nice neighborhood. While the rooms are generally clean and the air conditioning works well, there were some issues reported, such as cigarette burns on the furniture and a choppy cable service. The staff, however, was described as very nice and welcoming, making guests feel at home. The motel offers good value, with a low deposit of just $25 and unbeatable rates. The check-in process is quick, and the facilities, both inside and out, are well-maintained and well-lit. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. The location is convenient, with various food and drink options nearby, including a new Starbucks within walking distance. The area is generally quiet, and the motel is considered a safe place to stay. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the safety of their vehicles due to the high in-and-out traffic in the area. Overall, SimpleStay Suites is a decent option for travelers seeking a comfortable and affordable stay, with friendly staff and clean rooms, despite some minor issues.
