Foot Locker offers phenomenal Customer Service from young women who greet customers with smiles and help quickly. Phone services are excellent, and in‑store help is respectful, kind, and courteous. The store has tons of great shoes to choose from, and customers can exchange tennis shoes easily and fast. Prices are great, and the selection is strong, though competitors may have a slightly better range. Some associates look at you while talking among themselves and may not help much, but the staff overall provides helpful and nice service, and customers often find what they need.
