“I had a great experience at this store ! The shop has a solid selection of sneakers and streetwear, and the vibe is welcoming and laid back. The staff was super helpful and knew their stuff, which made shopping easy and stress free. Definitely one of the better spots in the area for finding heat.I’ll be coming back for sure.”

It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!
They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed.

“I was given a late Christmas gift of pajamas... they were so kind they bought me a large...I am actually a curvy 190lbs and don't like sleeping like I am in my yoga clothes...so...I had to return them. I was absolutely looking for the pajamas, however they must have been popular because there were none of any size. They were having a 30% off lowest clearance price. I traded the pajamas for real suede sheepskin lined slippers for only $10 extra...I really won., because I am a slipper girlie in the house year round and sometimes outside in the winter... because even in Southern California my feet get really really cold...

“Shout out to the female manager at JD Sports Inland Center (visit on 7/17/25, salesperson possibly 0414419).
Long story short: I originally bought a pair of shoes from JD Sports Galleria at Tyler, but was given the wrong size. Since the shoes were shipped to my home, I went to the nearest JD Sports at Inland Center to return and reorder.
Unfortunately, the second pair also came in the wrong size, even though I had double-checked with the staff, who assured me it wouldn't happen again.
On my third visit, I was assisted by a female manager at the Inland Center location. I didn’t catch her name, but she did a great job—she double-checked the size chart on their website to make sure everything matched.
Thanks to her help, I finally received the correct size. Really appreciate her professionalism!”
