“Best shoe store in the IE no doubt, anytime someone asks me where I get my kicks at I refer them to DiverseSole, Best prices, very negotiable business and WILL work with your budget, have never had any bad experience coming here will be coming here till I die and I will tell my kids to come here even when I die 🍻”
“The service here is fantastic. They actually care if you are happy and they have quality shoes. She sized both of my feet and even though she was going to order the shoes I wanted, she actually found shoes in the same brand so I could try the fit before she ordered. I’m very happy with the experience and the shoes here.”
“Reed and Brandon are my heroes!
It was quite a few customers in the store and I came in looking for some shoes for both my daughters. The shoes we wanted were not there and Reed offered to order them online and get them shipped to my house. Now when went to order them one of the shoes were no longer available. Reed found a shoe very similar and my daughter ended up them more!
Brandon was running around helping everyone else and still tying to help me locate the shoe.
I just want to say thank you so much to them because customers service goes a long way and I will make sure that I continue to patronize this location because of them!
They were so busy, it seemed as they were understaffed.
Thank you again for your great service. Also, thank you for being so sweet to my daughter on her birthday.”
“Great service long lasting establishment. Got the same pair two years apart and the prices have not changed which is a relief now a days. They actually were on sale for less but I upgraded. Steal toe.”
“Angel was great very helpful and happy the other talker older gentleman was in a bad mood lots of negative energy and attitude from him highly recommended asking for Angel to assist you if you visit this location”
“Well, I went in looking for a new hat. I have a gentleman. Come over and help me right off. The bat had to dig far down in one of the stacks to get my size. And then shaping the hat and cleaning it, he did a wonderful job. Everybody was polite professional. Great selection.Really happy with boot barn. Better fact next month, i've got to replace my boots.I know where i'm going.”
“Fully stocked with large variety of outdoor activitie supplies. Hiking, boating, camping, fishing, hunting and all major sports gear and apparel as well. Big 5 has major sales and large discount on a daily.”
“Went in today and had a great experience, an associate (Carmen) immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help looking for something in particular or if I was just looking around. I later had questions and she helped me out with a great attitude. I actually had a few questions throughout my browse and she was more than willing to help. She is definitely great at customer service. I will definitely be going back as I was able to find what I was looking for and am happy with my purchase! Plus it was buy one get one 1/2 off. Absolutely had to take advantage of THAT 😁”
“I purchased a “Nacona,” belt here for a reasonable price on ‘Sale,’ and no complaints; except, that the website is WEAK, because I went online to see the “Nacona” collect. They carried and the website failed. I will be there next weekend with my black “Timberlands.””
“Just finished up my Christmas shopping here and received excellent service! Rudy and Mayra were very helpful and attentive and made sure I found everything that I was looking for.”
“I had such a great experience at Shiekh Shoes at the Inland Center Mall, all thanks to Joseph! 🙌🏽 He is super knowledgeable about shoes, especially new releases and popular styles, and you can tell he really knows what he’s talking about 👟🔥 He took his time helping me pick out several pairs of shoes for my man, and my man ended up loving every single pair which is not easy to do! 😂
Joseph was patient, attentive, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to make a quick sale. He gave great recommendations, helped me find the right sizes, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free 😊 You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his job 💯
What really stood out is how he goes above and beyond he’s the type of employee who keeps customers coming back 🙏🏽 I will only shop for all my sneaker needs at the Inland Center Mall Shiekh with Joseph from now on! 🛍
Shiekh is lucky to have him definitely ask for Joseph when you go in, he’ll take care of you! 👌🏽”
“This isn’t a complaint but a rave regarding one of your employees. I visited a Journeys store At 7 pm on 12/02/2020 inside Inland Center Mall in San Bernardino, California. I understand the holiday season is upon us and sometimes stores can get very busy. Upon entering the store, only one employee was seen, and he was helping another customer, but greeted us regardless. This employee’s name is Nick. His ability to multitask while being absolutely courteous is superb. We originally went to the store to exchange shoes for a larger size. This store did not have the larger size but Nick called a minimum of 6 stores in the area to see if they had the style and size I was looking for. In between calling stores for me, he was helping multiple people while being energetic, kind, and just the kind of person a company would want to represent them as a brand. Unfortunately, I was not able to exchange for the style of shoe I was originally looking for, but opted for a very similar style in the correct size instead. If it wasn’t for Nick and the amazing customer experience he provided, I would have just returned my purchase for cash and purchased shoes elsewhere. He made the experience exactly what any company would strive for. He deserves praise and recognition for his amazing skills as an employee.”
“Super nice staff. Well kept up with and so many deals on shoes. Great place to shop for kids & every pair of shoes you by is one spin on the wheel. 10/10 recommends !!”
“Shout out to the female manager at JD Sports Inland Center (visit on 7/17/25, salesperson possibly 0414419).
Long story short: I originally bought a pair of shoes from JD Sports Galleria at Tyler, but was given the wrong size. Since the shoes were shipped to my home, I went to the nearest JD Sports at Inland Center to return and reorder.
Unfortunately, the second pair also came in the wrong size, even though I had double-checked with the staff, who assured me it wouldn't happen again.
On my third visit, I was assisted by a female manager at the Inland Center location. I didn’t catch her name, but she did a great job—she double-checked the size chart on their website to make sure everything matched.
Thanks to her help, I finally received the correct size. Really appreciate her professionalism!”
“I have bought many pairs of shoes from this store over the years and every time you walk into the store you’re welcomed by great customer service, the associates that helped me in my recent shopping experience here ,and have helped me many times before are Alex , Tameka and lily they are truly awesome people, I have been in many shoe palaces over the years and I believe the three associates that I mentioned above are the best that shoe Palace has to offer when it comes to they’re attentiveness to offer great customer service and just altogether how they treat people good. If you’re looking for a great pair of kicks this is the place you want to buy them from ,you will not be disappointed. In my opinion, again everyone of these associates Mentioned above, deserve a raise. It is a rare thing to walk into a business and get great customer service such as this. The review only allows for a five star rating However I rate this place at A perfect 10.Thank you again.”
“Before I did not like Tilly's and I only liked hollister and old navy but now I love the clothes that Tilly's has because of the material and the style”
“Came in and found a shoe I’d been looking everywhere for for a great prize. Guys were great, helpful and charismatic. Love this store. Anyone looking for a great selection and great/negotiable(sometimes) prices shop here! You won’t be disappointed”
“I was shopping here yesterday around 5:30 . I want to say the young girl who was on the register had excellent customer service ! She was professional and super nice . I looked at her name tag but I can’t remember her name but on my receipt it says associate: 25994 I think maybe her name was Liz.”
“I absolutely loved the girls here. They did an amazing job and handled everything so well. They made shopping in person so smooth and enjoyable. They truly made me a loyal customer today thank you, ladies! I loved their spirit and positive energy.”
“This location offers a strong selection of sneakers and sportswear with helpful staff. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality and availability make up for it.”
“I had a great interaction with the Mgr. Blanca on 1/10/2023. She handled my situation professionally and completely. We are very happy she was so pleasant and understanding. She righted all the wrongs that I had encountered and we are so grateful and appreciative!”
