I had to go into the T-mobile store for help to get their service again. I love the cleanliness of the store, as well as the layout. Everything is easy to see and the lighting with pink hue in the background is relaxing.
The staff was very patient with my problem. My situation was a mess, I had no pin, I couldn't get into my other service account , the other service app kept cutting out before we could get information. The young lady working with me did not give up. It had taken a bit of time, but she kept at it. I mean, watching her work so hard, I was the one who ended up with a headache. I can only imagine how she felt. Her name is Jazmin, I believe, and I am still so grateful for her patience and help. I'm back with T-Mobile! ?”

Great customer service, the phone experts welcome you as soon as you walk in the door and the check in tablet is quick and efficient. Most phone stores ive visited, I run into alot of attitude and some obvious projection I have no idea about and it ruins the whole experience. But spectrum so far I am pleased with the overall service and experience.”
