“Dax went above and beyond for me, I went in to get my mother a phone. My mother is a older lady and Dax set up her phone and entered emergency numbers for her. I felt her kindness in careing for her customers. She was so patient and explained everything and wrote down all her information for her, so it would be easier for her to understand. My mother went in there a few days later, and they even connected her phone to her car. I have to say this is the best example of Customer Care I have ever seen. I will even be back soon to get my new iPhone 18.”
